Domino's Pizza

Pizza cooked right correctly and tasted great. Garlic knots were fantastic 😊

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Apparently their car side delivery doesn’t work but they’re not allowed to put a sheet of paper on the door to let customers know they need to come inside. Manager hung up on me when I called to complain about that and the fact that they did such a poor job cutting the pizza that nothing would pull apart. Great service guys!

If I Could give this place zero stars I would I called in to see how much longer it would be on my pizza. He told me 15 to 20 minutes. I responded to that so you mean more like an hour he’s like yes so I said should I cancel my order and then he said yes I should and then hung up the phone on me. This is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Order placed on App says pick-up 7:38-7:42, I pull up at 7:43. After I pull up I check app to confirm it says ready to find a notification that says Pizza in oven at 7:41. Strike one. Pick-up 7:48-7:56. No big deal, right?? Notification to come inside, ready for pick-up at 7:49. I go in, give my name, not on shelf waiting. Apparently, still be made. Strike 2. Two orders come around at once, one is mine, I walk out and get in my vehicle and see an employee rushing out to stop me. They gave me wrong order. Strike 3. Last time I will make the mistake of ordering Dominos.

They were out of the ingredients on my pizza. Returned their call and made me wait FIFTEEN MINUTES on hold before anyone could be bothered to pick up the phone. No discounted price, offerings to resolve the issue, nothing. Clueless!
